One thing I am going to miss when we leave Louisiana is the food; Especially crawfish season!!!!!!!!!!!
If you like spicy foods, you will love Crawfish!
During crawfish season, you see all kinds of festivals and crawfish boils. Typically, they take the crawfish and put them in a big pot with cajun spices, small corn on the cob, and small potatoes, and cook til bright red.
Something else I really like, during crawfish season, is Johnny's Pizza Kajun Sweep the Swamp pizza. Oh how yummy! The toppings are andouille sausage, crawfish, shrimp, crab, bell peppers, onion and jalapeno peppers.

I think we can pretty much make the pizza except the crawfish and andouille sausage. Boy, I'm gonna miss that andouille sausage! It is one of the things that make Cajun cooking!
